2. To support positive moral beliefs, ethics and culture through the family unit and community.
3. To support the education and fundamental rights for all age and genders of the target groups with unlimited ethnic and area.
4. To promote and preserve the unique culture of the target groups as well as to restore the natural resources for protecting the environment.
5. To encourage “Passing on the gifts process” in order that the recipients become donors with their dignity.
6. To work diligently with other local, national and international charity organizations without involving to any political activity.

มูลนิธิมิตรภาพไร้พรมแดน เป็นมูลนิธิที่จัดตั้งขึ้นจากการรวมตัวขององค์กรชาวไทยภูเขาจำนวน 9 เผ่า และชาวไทยพื้นราบประมาณ 300 กว่าชุมชนในภาคเหนือ เพื่อพัฒนาและยกระดับความน่าเชื่อถือขององค์กร ให้เป็นที่ยอมรับของหน่วยงานทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนอันจะเป็นการเพิ่มศักยภาพขององค์กรให้มีความเข้มแข็ง สามารถช่วยเหลือผู้ด้อยโอกาสและเยาวชนให้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นโดยยึดหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง รวมทั้งการปลูกฝังคุณธรรม จริยธรรมอันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน มูลนิธิได้รับจดทะเบียนอย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อวันที่ 17 กรกฎาคม 2552

The Borderless Friendship Foundation (BFF) has recently been established and officially registered on July 27, 2009. Its formation was supported by the Community Based Organizations (CBOs) scattered in Northern Thailand which represent about 300 communities composed of 9 Ethnics Hill Tribes and low land people. Our aim is to elevate the efficiency of CBOs to help the underprivileged people who are in need on improving their quality of life while living in harmony with their environment under the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy for sustainable development.
